| In January 2011, OC Community Services Homeless Prevention Division and its partners, Applied Survey Research, OC Partnership and Orange County Health Care Agency, conducted the fourth biennial countywide homeless population count and survey to gather critical information to allow us to best assist them in moving to stable housing. |
