Housing and Community Services offers affordable housing opportunities for renters and homeowners; community revitalization for homeowners and unincorporated communities; and community services for special needs populations such as older adults, veterans, victims of domestic violence or hate crimes, the unemployed, and the homeless.

Orange County United Way collaborates with health providers, higher education, state and local government and others who share our goal of improving lives to make the greatest impact in our community.

By connecting resources, and uniting voices, we are able to leverage our strengths as a community to provide a safety net of care to meet people’s basic needs today and build a better tomorrow.

211 Orange County's mission is to provide a comprehensive information and referral system that links Orange County residents to community health and human services and support. 2-1-1 is a telephone number that will have a positive impact throughout the system of health and human services. It is a free, accessible 3-digit telephone number that will enable everyone to access the vital community health and human services that they need. 2-1-1 is to social services, what 9-1-1 is to emergency services.

OC Partnership serves as a liaison between non-profits, local, state and federal government agencies and other private and public stakeholders to coordinate service efforts, streamline processes, and identify funding sources that will assist homeless shelter and supportive service providers in bringing about sustained positive changes in their clients’ lives. OC Partnership’s efforts are aimed at increasing agencies’ capacity to operate more efficiently and strategically and to assist them in the use of data and technology to make informed program decisions.

We offer the expertise of full-time research scientists as well as faculty who are highly knowledgeable and active in their fields. As a university-based center, we are fundamentally concerned with providing high-quality research services utilizing state-of-the-art hardware, software and methodology.
